How to solve the problem of RFID tag warping?

Among customer complaints about RFID self-adhesive labels, the problem of warping after labeling is often encountered. The main reasons for warping of RFID self-adhesive tags after labeling are as follows: 1. Poor adhesion: Insufficient adhesive viscosity or uneven distribution of adhesive can lead to poor adhesion between the label and the surface, causing the label to curl or peel up. 2. The label ductility is not good enough. Soft label materials can better adapt to the surface of the object and reduce the phenomenon of warping. 3. Affected by static electricity during the labeling process, changes in humidity may cause the label material to expand or shrink, leading to curling or peeling. 4. Environmental factors: Changes in temperature can cause the label material to expand or contract, leading to curling or peeling. 5.The shape of the label does not match the labeling object well enough, resulting in the label not being able to fully fit the surface of the object and easily becoming warped. 6.The labeling surface condition is also one of the reasons that affects label warping. When the surface is rough and contains impurities such as oil, water droplets, and dust, the label is prone to warping. 7. Ageing of adhesive: Over time, the adhesive may lose its strength and effectiveness, causing the label to curl or peel due to reduced adhesion. The follow measures can be taken to solve the problem of bid-rigging in the above cases: 1. Increase label sticking viscosity. Select a more viscous glue or increase the amount of glue applied to enhance the adhesion of the label to the surface of the object. 2. Increase the ductility of labels. Use soft label materials to better adapt to the surface of objects and reduce warping. 3. Eliminate the impact of static electricity. The labeling process is prone to generating static electricity, which can affect the labeling effect. Properly increasing the humidity at the labeling site or using an ion fan can effectively solve this problem. 4. Control the temperature of the operation workshop. 5. Change the shape of the label. Make the bottom of the label curved, avoiding the deformation zone of the end seal as much as possible. At the same time, be careful not to make the arc too deep, as this can cause wrinkles due to problems with the label itself, adding unnecessary trouble. 6. For the maintenance of the environmental hygiene in the operation workshop, avoid dust, oil, and other substances attaching to the labels.
